Genetics play a role in how we interact with the world around us. Each generation passes down beliefs, habits, mannerisms, life strategies and/or fears. Neuro-Training with Kinesiology provides an opportunity to defuse anything that has been passed on through our gene pool that does not work for us the way we desire.
Suppressing thoughts and feelings may work against our overall health and wellbeing in any number of ways. The trick to overcoming this is to find appropriate ways to express ourselves. There are many reasons for why people suppress their thoughts and feelings. Neuro-Training helps a person's nervous system find alternative reference points from which to work. This has an incredible impact to the way people respond to situations, people and/or areas of life. I'm sure there are infinite ways one can and do, express thoughts and feelings in appropriate ways. Some that come to mind include, visual arts, dance, writing, music, sport, nature, the list is endless and will be different for everyone. The key is finding what suits you.
We might not realise just how important being hydrated is to the body. Water has many health benefits such as heart health, aids in the release of toxins, lubricates joints, slows down the aging process, lessens addictive urges, allows for cell repair, allows the more efficient transportation of oxygen around the body, weight control, healthy skin, fights infection and boosts the immune system, boosts energy, prevents constipation and reduces the risk of cancer. What more do you need to know? If you do not drink water at all, then start small and add a glass or two a day. Once you have mastered that then incorporate another glass a day until you are drinking up to 8 glasses a day.
If there is one thing I have learned on my own healing and growth journey, it is that this an infinite process. Do not get caught in the lie that everything will be fixed once you are healed. You will learn strategies to get you through the hard times and you will begin to understand that every challenge is an opportunity to let something else go that was no longer inline with what you want for yourself or your life. Letting go frees up space for more of what you desire.
